The tale follows a youth named Arashi Ishino who’s fixated on video games, often found engrossed in his attempts to conquer local arcades. Meeting rivals like Satoru Daimonji and Ishii, both vying to outdo him with higher scores, sessions build towards a moment where he unveils a special ability. Twirling a top that rotates so rapidly both the toy and his hands become engulfed in flames, the release flips an ordinary button into a turbo button, offering a significant advantage. Sporting a distinctive look with his buckteeth and trademark hat bearing a spirited alien, this protagonist stands out from the crowd.
